FAQs

Q: What's the best way to contact you?

A: You can call me at 215.758.2028, or e-mail me at crsoozy@aol.com during daytime hours.
After
5 p.m. EST, please e-mail.

Q: How do I send photos? Will I get them back?

A: You may send photos via e-mail as jpgs to crsoozy@aol.com. Please keep files under 10 MB.
If you would like to snail mail photos, please e-mail me for a mailing address. If you would like
mailed photos returned, please specify that and note return mailing address when submitting.

Q: How long do designs take (concept to delivery)?

A: This depends on my schedule, the number of revisions and the size of the postcards. On average,
from the time I receive your photos, it can take anywhere between 2 to 4 weeks. I do my best to
accommodate a fast-approaching special event. Once you approve the final design, postcards will be at
your doorstep between 5 to 7 business days.

Q: Can I see a rough draft?

A: Yes. Within two weeks of your order, I will e-mail a draft to you for approval or changes.
Please note the revision policy on the process page.

Q: I'd rather ask some more questions before ordering. Is that OK?

A: I am happy to answer any of your questions before you place your order.
Please call me at 215.758.2028 or e-mail me.

Q: How does the finished product get to me?

A: To save you shipping costs, you will receive your order directly from the printer via UPS.

Q: What kind of paper are postcards printed on?

A: The paper stock is a comfortably thick 15-point stock (350 gsm) coated on both sides with
a satin matte finish and can grow to 16-point card with glossy U/V coating (this is optional).
This paper stock provides for a nice solid body that will hold up well over time.

Q: What quantity must I order?

A: To keep my prices competitive, the printer only prints in quantities of 100, 250 and 500 (and greater, if need be).
