DIRECTIONS AND ORDERING PROCESS FOR POSTCARDS

1. Purchase postcard package through Web site. See directions on invite page.

2. E-mail to me:

a. COUPLES: two closeup headshots (one of each partner) and one full body-length shot of the two
of you standing together. I use the full-length shot to see how tall you are in comparision with each other.
I will be drawing you in the outfits you’re wearing in the full-length shot, unless you specify otherwise.
If you need to snail mail photos, please e-mail me at crsoozy@aol.com for a mailing address.
INDIVIDUALS: I only need one headshot and one full-length shot for cards featuring one person (graduations, sweet 16s, etc.),
I will be drawing you in the outfits you’re wearing in the full-length shot, unless you specify otherwise -- for instance,
you may want to be wearing a graduation gown. If you need to snail mail photos, please e-mail me at crsoozy@aol.com
for a mailing address.

b. Desired text. Make sure all names are spelled correctly. See samples on invites page for standard text.

c. Specify e-mail address in which I am to send rough draft.

3. A rough draft will be e-mailed within two weeks of receiving photos.*

4. For revisions after rough draft:

a. Text — Price includes up to two revisions in text.

b. Image — $10 per revision.

5. Once rough draft is approved, it will be sent to the printer within 5 working days.

6. Order will be delivered from the printer within 24 to 72 hours (not including weekends).

7. The final product will be shipped directly from printer to client.

8. Cancellation fee: After rough draft is sent, 50% of the cost of the order. I will refund half the cost or your order.

*This time frame may vary due to busy seasons (Christmas, graduation, spring and summer wedding season).
Clients will be told more specific turnaround times for rough draft upon ordering.
